12% Vinho De Talha DOC. Talha-fermented Trincadeira 40%, Moreto 30% Tinta Grossa 30% and certified DOC. Shares a lovely transparent, light red, Burgundian color. Lots of spicy, cinnamon and clove notes floating atop red fruit aromas, Silky smooth texture sliced through with rapier-like, fine-grained tannins. A serious, elegant style, tightly knit and minerally, with great length of flavor. This has a long life ahead; hope I can taste it again when it has grown a few whiskers. 97
