VinaKras Vitosvska Prestige 2018 This is an oaked version that spend two years small barrels. Full bodied and fleshy textured, it carries a lot of spicy oak aromas, oak flavors and oak tannins. For my tastes it’s too oak dominated for the fruit it carries. 15/20.

VinaKras Nature – 9.5% This is a natural sparkling version of Vitosvska, fermented in the bottle upside down with yeast in neck. Opened in water to remove sediment) the wine is purposefully cloudy, to capture both natural carbonation and more fresh flavors. A local take on Prosecco across the border. Fresh and crisp, with tons of fresh apple characters and unexpectedly dry.
